This website is full of links to third party websites. Many of them are referral links which generate revenue for us if you register and buy or sell something. None of these links are an endorsement of the service or integrity of the destination website, so don't look to us if you click a link and something goes pear shaped. Be careful out there!

Indemnification

As we noted above, this service is provided 'as is'. That means we don't expect you to depend or rely on the service for the smooth running of your business. If something goes wrong, we'll be very sorry, but we can't be held responsible or liable for any bad stuff that happens as a result. We do our best to make the service as reliable as possible, but by using it you're indemnifying us against all claims. We hope that won't detract from your enjoyment of the site.

Feedback and Idea Submission

We have a feedback forum via the little button on the left because we love feedback and we're keen to hear your ideas. When you contribute an idea via that forum, there's a possibility that we'll implement it, but we're not in a position to pay you for it. So, if you submit an idea in our feedback forum, the rights to that idea pass to us. If you don't want us to use your idea or you want to monetize your idea yourself, that's cool, just don't post it in the feedback forum.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account, including the deletion of data, for deliberate misuse of the service or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Account termination will only affect data on MicrostockCharts.com and will not affect any of your other services from the registration services provided (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
